The plaintiff filed this action with twelve initial counts, most of which I dismissed prior to the case going to the jury. After seven trial days and over a day of deliberation, the jury found that defendant Beaudoin had sexually battered the plaintiff and that Muzak was liable for the sexual harassment the plaintiff and had breached its contract or covenant of good faith and fair dealing with the plaintiff. The jury did not find that Muzak had constructively discharged plaintiff in relation for reporting the sexual harassment and did not award her anything for back or front pay.
