BRODERICK, C.J. The petitioners, Larrie Bratko and George Domey, co-guardians over the person and estate of Donald Domey, the ward, appeal a decision of the Hillsborough County Probate Court (Cloutier, J.) awarding the respondent, Judith Domey, damages and support arrearages. We reverse.

DALIANIS, J. The respondent, Jacqueline Salesky, appeals the final decree in her divorce from the petitioner, John Salesky, which was recommended by a Marital Master (Forrest, M.) and approved by the Superior Court (Hampsey, J.). We affirm.

DUGGAN, J. The petitioners, the guardians of Phuong Phi Thi Luong, appeal orders of the Hillsborough County Probate Court (Patten, J.) rejecting two estate plans they proposed for Phuong Phi Thi Luong pursuant to RSA 464-A:26-a (2004) and adopting an alternative estate plan drafted by a court-appointed referee. We hold that the probate court was within its discretion to reject the estate plans proposed by the petitioners, but find that the court went beyond its authority in adopting the estate plan drafted by the court-appointed referee. Accordingly, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.

HICKS, J. The petitioners, Richard and Paula Porter, appeal the decision of the Superior Court (Morrill, J.) granting summary judgment to the respondents, Kevin and Susan Coco, on the Porters’ petition to quiet title and establish boundary line. We reverse and remand.

Acting in the capacity of an interested member of the public the Petitioner, Theodore Kamasinski ("Mr. Kamasinski"), seeks access to certain sealed court records and to certain discovery materials currently the subject of protective orders in the above-captioned divorce proceeding. The Defendant, Ralph F. Holmes ("Mr. Holmes"), objects to disclosure. The Plaintiff, Lisa A. Holmes ("Ms. Holmes") objects in part. The guardian ad litem ("GAL") objects to the disclosure of the sealed GAL report.
