The main issues in dispute concern: (1) whether plaintiff is entitled to a divorce on the grounds of some form of marital "fault;" (2) whether certain property should properly be considered part of the marital estate; (3) the value of certain assets of the estate; (4) the manner in which the estate should be divided; and (5) the amount and duration of alimony plaintiff should receive.
