The respondent, Linda L. Sawyer, appeals two orders of the Laconia Family Division (Sadler, J.) in these post-divorce proceedings. The first order interpreted the parties' divorce decree as requiring the petitioner, Robert A. Sawyer, to pay the respondent fifty percent of the federal capital gains tax she incurred as a result of the sale of two of the parties' properties. The second enforced paragraph 19H of the parties' permanent stipulation, which their divorce decree incorporated by reference. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand.

DALIANIS, J. The respondent, Jacqueline Salesky, appeals the final decree in her divorce from the petitioner, John Salesky, which was recommended by a Marital Master (Forrest, M.) and approved by the Superior Court (Hampsey, J.). We affirm.

DALIANIS, J. The respondent, George Georgakilas, appeals an order recommended by a Marital Master (Nute, M.) and approved by the Superior Court (Fauver, J.) denying his motion for reformation of the certificate of his divorce from the petitioner, Mary Beth Georgakilas. We affirm.

BRODERICK, C.J. The defendant, Lisa Daine, appeals an order of the Littleton District Court (Cyr, J.) awarding the plaintiff, Daniel Daine, approximately $3,377.00 to cover certain household expenses that were incurred between the time of the filing of a petition for divorce and the final decree. We vacate and dismiss.

DUGGAN, J. The petitioner, George J. Nassar (husband), appeals the Plymouth Family Division’s (Carbon, J.) award of permanent monthly alimony to the respondent, Maureen Nassar (wife), in the amount of $1,100. We vacate and remand.

HICKS, J. The respondent, Robert Martel, appeals from a final decree of divorce issued by the Portsmouth Family Division (Sadler, J.). The petitioner, Susan Martel, cross-appeals. We affirm in part, reverse in part, vacate in part and remand.

The main issues in dispute concern: (1) whether plaintiff is entitled to a divorce on the grounds of some form of marital "fault;" (2) whether certain property should properly be considered part of the marital estate; (3) the value of certain assets of the estate; (4) the manner in which the estate should be divided; and (5) the amount and duration of alimony plaintiff should receive. After briefly reciting the pertinent background facts, the court addresses these issues in turn below.

Acting in the capacity of an interested member of the public the Petitioner, Theodore Kamasinski ("Mr. Kamasinski"), seeks access to certain sealed court records and to certain discovery materials currently the subject of protective orders in the above-captioned divorce proceeding. The Defendant, Ralph F. Holmes ("Mr. Holmes"), objects to disclosure. The Plaintiff, Lisa A. Holmes ("Ms. Holmes") objects in part. The guardian ad litem ("GAL") objects to the disclosure of the sealed GAL report.
