DALIANIS, J. The respondent, George Georgakilas, appeals an order recommended by a Marital Master (Nute, M.) and approved by the Superior Court (Fauver, J.) denying his motion for reformation of the certificate of his divorce from the petitioner, Mary Beth Georgakilas. We affirm.

DUGGAN, J. The petitioner and putative father, Kevin Gendron, brings this interlocutory appeal from a ruling of the Derry Family Division (Sadler, J.) ordering him to submit to genetic marker testing. See RSA 522:1 (2007). We reverse and remand.

Acting in the capacity of an interested member of the public the Petitioner, Theodore Kamasinski ("Mr. Kamasinski"), seeks access to certain sealed court records and to certain discovery materials currently the subject of protective orders in the above-captioned divorce proceeding. The Defendant, Ralph F. Holmes ("Mr. Holmes"), objects to disclosure. The Plaintiff, Lisa A. Holmes ("Ms. Holmes") objects in part. The guardian ad litem ("GAL") objects to the disclosure of the sealed GAL report.

The petitioner, Della J. Rollins, petitions the court for visitation with her granddaughter, Lauren Sceggell. Respondent Sarah Sceggell, mother of Lauren, moves to dismiss the petition under Troxel v. Granville, 530 U.S. 57 (2000), and the petitioner objects. Upon review of the parties’ arguments and the relevant law, the court finds and rules as follows.
