Eno v. Bruch, et al., 02-C-0012 (Cheshire, May. 7, 2003)

The defendant, Cheshire Medical Center ("Cheshire") moves for summary judgment as to Counts I and III of the plaintiff, Anthony Eno's ("Eno"), medical malpractice claim. Eno objects to Cheshire's motion. For the reasons that follow, Cheshire's motion for summary judgment is DENIED.

Newton v. Mincu, et al., 06-C-0015 (Grafton, Oct. 20, 2006)

Pending before the Court is the defendants' Motion to Dismiss to which the plaintiff objects. The plaintiff has brought claims against the defendant, Anthony Mincu (Mincu), individually and as a Selectman of the Town of Warren. In addition, the plaintiff has filed suit against the Town of Warren Selectmen, Chaties Sackett (Sackett), and Michael Clark (Clark) in their official capacity. Finally, the plaintiff has brought suit against the Town of Warren under a theory of respondeat superior.
