Welcome

NHCaseLaw.com, as previously featured on the New Hampshire Bar Association Website, is a new type of legal research tool. Launched in March of 2008, it is already the largest online database of New Hampshire Superior Court opinions and includes current Supreme Court opinions as well. The website was designed with the user in mind, and offers an array of tools to help you find the exact case you are looking for, including sorting by Judge, Jurisdiction, and Keyword.

NHCaseLaw.com was created to address the problem of having to travel to the clerk's office to get copies of judicial opinions and orders. Our unique approach is to have lawyers upload copies of judicial opinions they receive for their clients, and in the process, promote their work. If you would like to highlight your work, promote your firm's website, or simply browse our growing database of free cases, please register for full access.
